How to measure
- Width. Measure the rod, or where you will fix it. Rods usually stretch a little past the window on each side, so that the curtains can rest clear of the glass when open.
- Height. Measure from the rod (or the hooks) straight down to the floor. We leave about an inch of clearance so the hem does not drag.
- Fullness. Curtains look best when the fabric is wider than the rod. Standard (2x) is a good default. Choose light for a flatter look or rich for deep folds.
